These terms cover the use of this website. The terms governing a specific engagement are set out in the agreement we sign with you, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Prices and plans
Prices shown are in Jordanian Dinars and exclude sales tax. They are indicative and subject to change. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a signed agreement.
Client work shown here
Work is published with the client's permission. Results quoted are those actually recorded for that engagement; they describe what happened in that case and are not a promise of what will happen in yours.
Engagements
Timelines, deliverables, revision rounds, usage rights and approval points are agreed in writing before work begins. Usage rights to delivered work transfer to the client on payment.
Briefs you send us
What you send through the brief form stays confidential. We do not share it, and we do not use it to pitch anyone else. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Liability
We take responsibility for the work we deliver. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Amman.
