Only what you send us. When you submit the contact form or a project brief we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you chose to fill in. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and for two years afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Who else sees it
Our email provider handles delivery of the notification we receive, and our hosting provider stores the site and its database. Nobody else. We do not share your details with other clients or partners.
Cookies
We store one small preference: the language you chose, so you land in it next time. That is not tracking and it is not shared. There is no analytics cookie on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email us and we will act on it within thirty days.
